1. Why do ASA/PVC sheets suit Malaysia's climate?

Malaysia is hot and humid all year with heavy monsoon rain. Metal roofs heat up fast, are loud in downpours and rust at screw holes, especially near the coast or on farms. ASA/PVC sheets do not rust, conduct heat poorly (PVC under 0.2 W/m·K, steel about 50 W/m·K) and damp the sound of rain.
